SWEA is a global organization with a unique international network that protects the Swedish language, Swedish culture and Swedish traditions. SWEA is present on all continents in 77 departments.

SWEA Philadelphia started on September 31, 1996 as a subdivision of SWEA New York.

SWEA can give tips and advice to establish yourself and find out how things work here. A membership in SWEA provides a strong connection with other women with the same experiences in a unique international women's network! SWEA's motto is Local support, Global friendship and Global competence.
